 | This is one dynamite recording of some of Gabrieli's most quintessencial Venecian work recorded in the venue it was composed especially for, San Marco. The recording is brilliant, the mixing is fine and the performance brilliant. I purchased this in 1971 give or take. Somehow I lost it in a move but was fortunate to be able to purchase another one through eBay. Mainlyclassical this is a great share. Thank you. I have often wondered how this would hold up as a DolbyDigital 5.1/7.1 DTS or Atmos mix. |
