An antidote to throwaway culture, The Repair Shop shines a light on the wonderful treasures to be found in homes across the country.


1)  Part 1
A beautiful carved walnut piano stool arrives for the attention of furniture restorer Will Kirk. Proud owner Mary treasures the stool as it holds many memories of the lady who took her under her wing as a teenager.

2)  Part 2
The team takes on fairground water can, a camel saddle and an RAF mascot teddy bear, restored as a tribute to the brave airman it belonged to.

3)  Part 3
The team take on a one-of-a-kind bicycle sidecar, a Victoria sewing stand and a military drum. Furniture restorer Will Kirk is presented with the dreaded box of bits when he meets the owner of what was a Victorian sewing table.

4)  Part 4
Horologist Steve Fletcher brings all his expertise to the repair of a Victorian clock that is that is linked to an incredible wartime story that made national headlines. Master saddler Susie Fletcher has her work cut out with a treasured leather satchel that's been through the wars. And silversmith Brenton works his magic on a mythical creature. 5)  Part 5
Master saddler Suzie Fletcher rescues a pair of tired and torn boxing gloves, Natural history conservator Simon Moore is faced with a huge challenge when he takes receipt of an unusual cigarette box, crafted from an ostrich egg shell,
And metalworker Dom is delighted to work on a 1950s toy bike

6)  Part 6
Wood restoration expert Will Kirk uses all his knowledge and skills to bring this unique and exotic wooden object back to life. It's collaboration time for clockmaker Steven Fletcher and our resident toy duo Amanda Middleditch and Julie Tatchell when a wind-up panda dating from the 1960s is brought to the barn, An unusual and ingenious contraption arrives for the attention of metal worker Dominic Chinea. 7)  Part 7
Today's first item is a charming 1950s scrapbook that tells the tale of an incredible incident involving an escaped circus bear Furniture restorer Will Kirk tackles a desk that has seen some serious swotting. And expert in all things clockwork Steve Fletcher gets to grips with a defunct wind-up train.

8)  Part 8
Metalworker Dominic Chinea is challenged to revive a rare and curious children's toy. A Flexiwhirl seesaw, Embroidery expert Sara Dennis is given the task of reviving a century-old embroidered bedspread. Finally, it's a family affair as siblings Steve and Suzie Fletcher work together on a gentlemen's shooting stick

9)  Part 9
A tiny bird brooch that's been in the family for four generations has been hidden away for nearly 40 years after becoming damaged. Richard expertly splints the damaged halves, making the bijou keepsake ready to be worn again. Brenton West helps forge a replacement brass latch peg.

10)  Part 10
First into the barn today is a well-worn commemorative cricket ball, Metal expert Dom Chinea and wood restorer Will Kirk team up to tackle the restoration of a treasured steering wheel from a scrapped Scottish fishing boat, A Portsmouth Football Club mascot Julie Tatchell make the doll's body robust enough to withstand any future cup final fixtures.

11)  Part 11
The team takes on a much-loved teddy bear, and a century-old tea caddy and an unusual instrument with a music hall past, a banjulele dating back to the 1920s. A four-stringed hybrid of banjo and a ukulele,

12)  Part 12
Today, Janette Drew and her mother, Margaret Murphy, are hoping that metalwork expert Dominic Chinea can save a beloved bench that's on its last legs. Steve Fletcher's mechanical expertise might solve a tricky problem. A Triumphator calculator, a descendant of the revolutionary adding machines of the 1900, A unique piece of family heritage arrives with Ella Woolls and her father Jon: an antique bridle in need of some serious TLC. Master saddler Suzie Fletcher is just the person for the job.

13)  Part 13
Today, owner Brian Adams is hoping bike restorer Tim Gunn can work his magic on a rusty pedal scooter, Silversmith Brenton West is challenged to restore a precious keepsake with a theatrical past: an original engraved powder compact. No job is too small for woodwork heavyweight Will Kirk, who rejuvenates this cheeky chappy so he can be displayed in the drinks cabinet once more.

The team take on a Victorian high chair, a smuggler's telescope and a tippling stick.

15)  Part 15
Today, Andrew Denly and wife Sheila from Sussex are hoping clockmaker Steve Fletcher can fix a vintage boy's toy with big memories attached. It's an antique toy cannon,
Finally, ceramics expert Kirstin Ramsey prays for divine intervention as she tries to rebuild a saintly statue.

16)  Part 16
The team takes on a well-travelled leather case, a fantastic homemade telescope built from scrap metal and 100-year-old bowl with an extraordinary history.

17)  Part 17
The team takes on a family butcher's trusty sausage-making machine, a treasured Edwardian postcard album and an Iraqi hot water urn, known as a samovar.

18)  Part 18
Jay Blades and the team bring three treasured family heirlooms, and the memories they hold, back to life. A 170-year-old gold ring, with intricate detailing, that is currently in pieces. Emily Ray arrives hoping antiques restoration expert Will Kirk can fix a jewellery box; leather expert Suzie Fletcher and painting conservator Lucia Scalisi join forces to rescue a 200-year-old fire bucket

19)  Part 19
In this Episode , The team take on a smashed piggy bank, a homemade gramophone that has lost its voice and a tarnished 19th-century ceremonial helmet.

20)  Part 20
Jay Blades and the team bring three treasured family heirlooms, and the memories they hold, back to life. a reel-to-reel tape-recording machine. Next the skills of Sara Dennis can help put the sparkle back into an item with a glamourous past. The beautiful green sequinned stage costume, mechanical guru Steve Fletcher Steve rolls up his sleeves and gets stuck into some miniature mechanics.
