avatarsomeone should ask mara about if the united states had medicare for all like germany, who she describes as being able to have mobile medical units, then why didn't she support bernie sanders for the democratic nominee? (who this opinion thinks was good for the left that he lost the primary since trump needs to serve another term to complete the implosion of the republican party and thereafter a cleansing shift of the body politic.) mara, who is the lead opinion writer on the editorial board of the world's major newspaper, when bernie sanders went to the paper during the primary she in particular sneered at sanders and clearly didn't advocate to endorse him. if america had medicare for all then her desire to have mobile medical units could easily be achievable because of the economies of scale of a medicare for all system and the removal of the insurance/medical/pharma parasitic corporations competing for profit margins. at least sanders paved the way going forward after trump's even more stunning second term. not even contracting SARS-CoV-2 and writing an essay can repair her hypocrisy and previous arrogances. contracting SARS-CoV-2 however seems to have chilled her out. mara will never live down her brian william's math olympiad though. she is about as good on politics as she is with math. you know you are off base when making it beyond easy by throwing slow softballs to tucker carlson and he doesn't even have to try to mold his propaganda and instead just straight-up play msnbc segments. thank you mara for making me laugh to the point of crying to such an extent that it has been quite awhile since doing so, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ordODDzVso8 ....&.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fveXLod7tA4 also, strain is such an establishment right hack "economist" (the dismal science) that has written a thoroughly dumb book with a dumb title to challenge the dumbest of thomas friedman's titles continuing the trend with his article, and is the equivalent to what mara and many others of her establishment democrat ilk are to the left. the political situation in america is deeply pathetic. the other thing that mara's and brian's math adventure does prove is that twitter is mind-numbing to the highest degree and this commenter is happy that the only time "social"-media is ever encountered is tangentially through coverage outside its ecosystem, no, what is the opposite of an ecosystem? an intellectual death swamp?
