We apply the same principles from the first plan, but because it’s plan 2, we turn up the intensity! The five 20-minute exercises utilize new movements and exercises that target a brand new set of muscle groups such as your corset, deltoids and spinal column! The strong, 60-minute Vinyasa flow class will help you further deepen your yoga practice and is perfect for days when you want to connect on a more subtle level.
