Thanks Nick007, the Plex server is on the latest version (4.142.2) and the TV is from 2022, most likely the codecs in the TV do not allow @L6.2@High. I have the same problem on the Xiaomi Mi Box.

I can't play any Asiimov encodes, can you provide encoding details so we can stop downloading if they are not compatible? Three movies and none of them work on Samsung/Tizen/Plex :_facepalm

What's the point of hardcoding the subtitle? If we use subtitles other than English, you will no longer understand anything ... :_:(
