Yes it is as you say/think/suspect : atmo only certain levels have access.
I presume but cannot verify that this is because each stage of the migration needs to be tested for stability 'or whatever'
before the site is fully opened up. If that happens too soon then any bug might crash X part and cause more problems.

I know it's really tiresome and pretty unhelpful to repeat the same old 'it's in progress, please be patient', but sincerely,
there really is nothing else I (or any other) can offer you at the moment.

Personally I view the amount of time and care being taken with the new release to suggest 'significant' changes aboard.
If the coming changes were minuscule I have no doubt it would have been completed by now.

If there is any change in access I'm sure the first puppy to be aware will run over here and wag his tail  :):D 🐶

    It did that once before, came back the next day, I guess we'll see what happens this time.

    It wouldnt be so bad is they actually bothered to communicate with their members. Alas, they seem very poor at this - instead its left to their staff to try and defend the situation, with (I presume) little or no information themselves.
