While he shared many techniques, as far as I know, he did not share the method of compression, let alone how long this took. When he stopped posting shows, for the most part I started DLing the 10 MSNBC using the MLs and the youtube-DL program. In the vast majority of cases, I DL the shows in the 640 x 360 resolution, in contrast to Furrbear's 960 x 540 choice. The resulting size of the files is approximately twice the size of what Furrbear posted, even though the resolution is lower. LarMer and Pawpcorn have general been posting their shows via torrents in 720p and 1080p resolutions. More recently Pawpcorn has been offering 540p; he also sometimes offers 1080p versions in the more compact HEVC x265 format. Ever since misseps and Furrbear started posting these shows, I have been DLing them in the smaller formats and watching them on my PCs with their monitors. While the higher resolution formats clearly are nicer to look at, and I do DL some of the shows in 720p, I remain generally satisfied with the choice Furrbear introduced to me. I am able to see and hear the complete shows (for the most part, e.g., usually sans Rachel's handoffs to Lawrence), commercial free -- and usually in a fairly timely manner. The smaller sizes also DL much faster and take up less disk space. Even so, over time so many shows do consume plenty of disk space, and hence, seemed a good choice for me, as I am trying to preserve these fine shows indefinitely as part of our important history. As any rate, I've uploaded a bunch of shows, starting with Sunday's AM Joy, as well as today's Morning Joe, as well as other things I think you will be interested in. I believe you can play them online, as well as DL them as a high rate of speed. Anyone can access the below show using the below link. Disk space could be expanded for a modest monthly fee, or I would need to start deleting items. Due to fairly meager apparent interest (such as few PMs), I plan to cease uploads once Pawpcorn resumes his efforts. The service I have been providing provides high quality videos and other items, a quick turnaround (from time MLs are posted to the time complete shows are posted) and a very fast DL time (fully tested). No need to wait for shows to be seeded or worry when there are none. I would encourage everyone who thinks they might want to get copies of any of the items mentioned so far, other items not mentioned, and projected shows likely to be posted before Pawpcorn returns to seriously consider sending me a PM to gain access while these excellent shows remain available (for no charge).
