| How do you know when a torrent is a seeding issue or a tracker issue? It make makes me dizzy. This morning I had 9 working trackers, at the end of the morning there were a few working trackers left. Mafketel gave me a link to the last updated trackers list. so I update my trackers list. And now almost at the end of the day I have 4 working trckers and the rest is not working. Can some explain what is going on and do I have to worry? | |

| We have no control over public trackers. They often go off and online. I recommend using several. That way if some are down, others are still working. If you need reliable trackers you can find a regularly updated list of working trackers here: https://torrentgalaxy.to/forums.php?action=viewtopic&topicid=1044 You can use up to 15 trackers but when you add them to your client, be sure to insert a blank line between each one, just as there is in the list. | Trackers will always show differently (on or off) to other peeps downloading them....it all depends on the connections etc.. I cannot connect to certain trackers at certain times even though they show as online on torrent sites and tracker checkers   Plus trackers will show as down in your client if there is any fluctuation in your net signal....to see this just change your ip whilst seeding and all your trackers should register as OFFLINE even though they are not. Trackers are fiddly at times so don't stress it as peeps will always be able to connect eventually   | |

| The 0's represent the number of peeps your connected to at any one time, seeding or leeching....the numbers in brackets are the total peeps overall, connected or not. Hope this explains it for you  | |

| -1 on completed indicates that the tracker either isn't supported by our system or is not on line at the moment. All your trackers are showing -1 so the torrent will appear to be dead at TGx even if it's really not. | You would need to create a new .torrent file for others to be able to utilize the new trackers. There are ways to do it but it's much easier to just delete the torrent and re-up it with updated trackers. The torrent is healthy and downloads lightening fast but will always appear dead here with the trackers you're using. I tested a couple of you're trackers and they are working so I'm guessing they're incompatible with our system, especially the http ones. UDP trackers are usually more reliable and secure. | |

| Trying to download this torrent with no success... https://torrentgalaxy.to/torrent/15816652/Super-Friends-S01-1973---1985-480p-DVP-RIP-AAC-2-0-x265-TiZU This is season1, but having same issues with all 9 seasons. I am using qBittorrent (latest version) and even though I see seeders in parenthesis I cannot connect to any, a constant 0%. I am not having any issues with other torrents on this site.
