I'm uploading the torrent but i'm encountering an error: "Parser Error: Error Opening torrent" I have downloaded the .torrent file and put it on seedbox Everything seems fine, why am I having error here?

This error can be caused by various issues, such as a corrupted or incomplete file, a problem with the torrent source, connectivity issues, or issues related to the torrent itself. I have no way of knowing what is causing you o get it since you have no torrents posted at the moment.

I'm not exactly sure if this question fits here. I made a.torrent file using utorrent, then I downloaded the file put it on deluge client in seedbox for seeding. I have only 2 seeders while I have uploaded more than 200 GB (just saying the maximum amount of speed peers are getting is only 4 mbps), why only 4 mbps?

I just downloaded your upload (Hoops) and it came down at 80+ mbps so I don't think you have problem :_pirate

My Deluge tells me you now have 5 seeds.... folks will hit 'n' run, nothing you can do about! :_:(

So many people forget that the speed is not just determined by your connection.
Its also dependant on all the network between you and the peer(s), inc their connections, and settings in your & their clients.

You can be on a 10 gbps server, but if the person downloading is on a 10mbps connection, with speed limits set in their client, your not going to see much speed, esp if they are downloading and uploading other torrents as well, so their limited bandwidth is shared between them.

In My Qbittorrent client  is in my upload list something strange happens (to me) the client tells me  for this upload 4 seeds and 7 peers:

Always trust your client....your upload is fine...:_party:_pirate
Sites scrape trackers for stats....if the tracker being scraped is down or offline for any reason, or cannot be scraped, then it will come back as null/offline/dead.
It's not you, it's just the way things are with trackers anywhere:_O:-D

What should be the resolution of the image cover? 
If I'm planning to become an uploader on another public tracker website and I use the same torrent file that I use here since it's on my Seebox, will I be violating any rules?

It depends on the size of your upload and available staff at the moment. Usually i got my torrents gets verified in 10-20 mins after uploading.

I consider myself new to uploading on public tracker. There is something I noticed when I was uploading packs of TV shows. The majority of users were doing hit and run. Now that I'm uploading episodes one by one, users are not doing hit and run. Is this just the case for the content being uploaded in Hindi, or is it normal on the public tracker that users prefer to download in pieces instead of packs?

Folks tend not to keep seeding bigger files unless they have a seedbox. Space on their own drive will be a big contributing factor. Hit and run is a major problem on a public tracker regardless of the file size.

Also....some peeps will load the magnet into their client and only download/seed one episode at a time....which can appear like hit'n'runners:_eyes
They watch one, then download another....either due to space or bandwidth limits...?...and seeing as they never hold a 100% complete file they never appear in your seeder count, just your peers....but seeding each file one by one is still seeding 100% of the file even though your client says otherwise:_:O:_pirate
