After over the years using different encoding software I've settled for using BD-Rebuilder for encoding of my
main movies, and Handbrake for the extras.

I mostly use Handbrake for the extras because Handbrake can take anything in (extras) and spit it out without
any sync issues or other troubles and I like it's batch encode system.

For converting LPCM files to DTS-HD master audio I use DTS-HD Encoder Suite.

i used to use make mkv to get a remux of the film and audio etc and use handbrake to squish it down, but i always found handbrake left a somewhat grainy final product...

Tried using MeGUI as above but found you needed to be well versed in quantum physics to tweak the presets lol
