  streaming a movie in discord

hey everyone! i dont think this thread is in the right spot but i hope thats okay. i just have a quick question. most movies being torrented are in 24fps so i was wondering does it matter if i stream the movie in 30 fps vs 60 fps? will there be a quality increase streaming a 24fps movie in 60 fps? thanks for any advice/answers!

If the downloader is playing it on a computer the Frame rate should not make much difference, but if
it is being played on an older TV there might be a problem making it unplayable.
